The Minister of the Ministry of Women, Family Affairs, and Human Rights development of South West State, Mrs. Hon. Nasra Aweis Abkow, during a ceremony held today to mark the International Day for Human Rights, unexpectedly presented Awards to some of the employees of the Ministry of Women, for their dedication and service to the ministry. This is the first time that honorary medals have been awarded to the Ministry’s staff.
Minister Nasra, in her speech, emphasized the importance of motivating the Ministry’s staff. “Indeed, today you deserve an honor far greater than this medal, because you are the engine of the Ministry, and the work of the Ministry is carried out by you,” said the Minister of the Ministry of Women of South West State.
